The Team Behind Gower

Gower Construction Ltd. was built on the idea that successful construction and restoration require two very different skill sets: sharp project management and exact craftsmanship. We happen to have both. We combined our professional backgrounds in corporate risk management, construction operations and estimation with our hands-on passion for renovations. The result is a single, trusted general contracting company that can seamlessly manage your project, mitigate the headaches, and execute a flawless build.

Bradley Richards

Brad brings a meticulous, hard-working approach to the numbers and the builds. With a background as the Director of Operations and Head Estimator for a Calgary construction firm, he knows exactly what it takes to run an efficient, on-budget project. This is exactly why restoration companies trust him to execute turnkey damage rebuilds, and why our residential clients feel confident leaving a project in his hands while they live and work in Calgary. Originally from Wales (where he earned his Philosophy degree and ran a custom van conversion business), Brad is a craftsman at heart. Whether he's framing a custom deck or executing flawless interior finishing, he is a perfectionist who makes sure every detail shines.

Jasmine Bender-Richards

Jasmine brings the overarching strategy and a passion for the process. She spent her career in the corporate insurance world, evaluating risk and managing accounts for companies of all sizes. Her deep knowledge of the insurance industry means she understands exactly how to deliver seamless, professional service to our partners and clients. But she isn't afraid of a little dust, Jasmine flipped houses in her spare time, managing trades and doing the hands-on work herself because she loves the tangible reward of transforming a space. As the lead in the office, she keeps the business coming in, the sub-trades organized, the communication clear, and the all of the projects running smoothly.
